Salutations!
My penname is KaiAsch or simply Kai.I'm a freelance artist with a Bachelors Degree in Creative Writing residing in Florida. I have been drawing as long as I can remember. I got into digital art around middle school and have been off and on with whether I wanted to pursue this as a career. Now that I finished my undergraduate degree, I want to devote more time into making this a bigger part of my life.As an only child, I grew up doing things on my own. In third grade a friend got me into manga for the first time, which hilariously was Love Hina (I wish I was joking lol). I had watched shows like Sailor Moon and Pokémon beforehand but didn't know anything about where it came from. That started the gradual transformation into the anime/manga trash that I am now.Although I'm a big fan of anime and manga, I tend to not telegraph it in public like I used to, but I can still talk about it for hours. I'm not the greatest at socialization, but I will do my best to answer what I can, be it within a few minutes to days/weeks later. Just keep in mind that most of the time I am just so happy and flabbergasted by comments and notes that I just cannot come up with a good enough response and end up leaving it sitting there for an indeterminable amount of time.I love food, reading manga and novels, video games, and sleeping.
My favorite game franchises consist of Dragon Age, the Tales of Series, Assassin's Creed, Jak and Daxter, DRAMAtical Murder, most VN style games, and more.
My all-time favorite mangas/animes are Case Closed/Detective Conan, Tokyo Ghoul, One Piece, Black Jack, and others.
Current favorite series (non-anime/manga included) include The Owl House, Noragami, Lego Monkie Kid, Blue Exorcist, and so many more.

How to Commission

Terms of Service

• By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service. Failure to read the terms of service is solely at your own risk and I will not be held liable for any issues that arise.Using any of my artworks for NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens), Cryptocurrency, or training AI is never permitted at ANY time for ANY reason.• Commissions (unless otherwise specified) are not taken on a first come, first serve basis.• I withhold the right to decline a commission request. If I feel that the character(s) will not translate well into my style or is too complicated in design that I do not feel comfortable portraying adequately, please do not take this personally. I am self-taught and constantly learning.• I currently only accept payment through Paypal Invoicing or Ko-fi unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. This is to protect both artist and client. Please do not send payment before approval and invoice.• The client is entitled to a refund prior to the approval of the initial sketch. Once approved, refunds may no longer be requested regardless of cancellation.• The client will be responsible for making additional payments for changes beyond the scope of the original commission. After 7 days upon delivery, the commission request is marked as completed and any further edits/changes will need to be addressed as a new commission request.• Client must remain communicative to ensure that progress can be continuously made through to the completion of the commission. Should there be a lack of communication for 10 consecutive days, the commission will be terminated with no refunds.• Communication will be maintained through email and/or Google Chat Space. I am only one person, so responses to all queries will be made within 1-3 art working days. DO NOT contact me via social media. Please keep all communication records within email or Google Chat Space for transparency with all parties. Violating this agreement will put the client at risk of termination and consequently blacklist from submitting future requests.• Rush order, commercial use, and/or requests to keep commission privately (not being allowed to stream) will require an upcharge of at least 100% of the original price. However, I reserve the right to charge more as I deem fit.• The following are examples considered Commercial use: Reproducing the artwork for profit either publicly or privately, or displaying artwork on locations/websites/platforms/etc. where profit is made (e.g., Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc)• Commercial use fees will vary depending on the client's intent with the finished product. Anything outside of what was originally agreed upon and paid for (i.e., Commercial use for business cards, then printing and selling prints) is prohibited and subject to consequences included, but not limited to legal action.• I can cancel a commission at any time and issue a refund for any reason.• These Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.

References & Edits

• References are REQUIRED for all commission work. IDEAL image references are flat, full body with front, back and side views. Little-to-no shading and no intrusive watermarks. None of this is mandatory but is preferred if you want to ensure precise colors and details.• While I can follow text descriptions, more often than not it ends up so much more involved than a normal commission. Please contact me if you wish to use a text description before ordering.• Please be extremely clear about MANDATORY details on the character(s). If detail X, Y and/or Z was not mentioned in the reference images or noted specifically by you, then it is not my responsibility. If you want it added after completion, you may be charged an additional fee.• Clients understand that any work they commission from me, unless otherwise stated, is purely for non-commercial, private use. Clients are NOT allowed to edit the work done. If there are changes that are needed well after a piece is finished, I would be more than happy to make the desired changes for an additional fee.
